Mentally disturbed Harry Elser (Elisha Cook Jr.) plots to assassinate mayoral candidate Walker Wylie (Conrad Nagel). After being caught planting a bomb, he hides it in Jane Kimball's (Whitney Blake) purse before dying in a truck accident. The police must defuse it before 11pm.
